The Sassy Boo Boutique does not issue refunds. We will allow an exchange or store credit only, depending on the issue. Please email us at email@example.com within 2 days of receipt of your item, along with your order #, and a brief explanation of the issue. If you do not email us within 2 days of receiving your item, we won't be able to issue an exchange or store credit. No exceptions.
However, if you do contact us within the 2 days, we will review your request and determine if you are eligible for an exchange or store credit. In order to receive either, your item/s must be returned to the specific address we provide you within 7 days. We will not be issuing any exchanges or store credit for any items returned passed the 7 days. We will not be issuing any exchanges or store credit for worn or damaged items. Original tags must also be in place. Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping return fee. Even if customers are issued a store credit, they are still responsible for paying the shipping out fee.
We reserve the right to reject any exchanges or store credit requests.
