 What is your return policy?

The Sassy Boo Boutique does not offer any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. We strive to deliver our customers the best in quality items. Before placing an order, we strongly encourage that you read the product descriptions or contact us with any questions or concerns you have about any of our items.

What sizes in apparel do you carry?

At this time, we only carry sizes S-3X. If an item runs small, we will indicate this in our item description and encourage you to order a size up.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit card brands and PayPal, which is the safest way to send money. If you do not have a PayPal account, it only take seconds to sign up for one at https://www.paypal.com/us/home. There will also be an option to pay with a credit or debit card on the PayPal screen. We also offer Sezzle at final checkout. Buy Now, Pay Later. Split your total purchase into 4 equal installments!

When will my order be shipped?

We understand that the arrival of your item is very important to you, and we take pride in shipping out your item/s as quick as possible. Currently, we only have the standard shipping option available. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 1-3 business days. The carriers we use is USPS and UPS.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped and will include the tracking number for your package. We ship U.S. domestically and internationally.
